We're always thrilled to keep you updated on what the team has been doing to enhance your experience with PitchPrint.
Sort fonts alphabetically - Previously, customers had to scroll through a long list of fonts to find the right one. While we recently introduced a font search feature, the lack of alphabetical organization still made it challenging. We’re happy to announce that we’ve now sorted the fonts alphabetically, making it even easier for users to find what they’re looking for!
Sort resources alphabetically - Previously, categories within backgrounds, pictures, and text arts were displayed in a random order for customers on the front end. We have now organized the resources in the dropdown menu so that they appear in alphabetical order within the Backgrounds, Pictures, and Text Art tabs. This improvement allows users to find the desired category more easily. Please refer to the images below for more details.
CustomerId in Projects - We have included the customer ID in the project details within the Projects section of the PitchPrint admin interface. This enhancement enables admins to download files directly from PitchPrint for order fulfillment, facilitating easier identification of the customer linked to each project. Please see the image below for further clarification.
We also fixed the following bugs:
Clear design on add to Cart Prestashop - Some of our customers encountered an issue where end users could still edit a project after adding the product to the cart. This resulted in recent customizations overriding the unique customization images for each product, causing all items in the cart to display the same image.
We have resolved this issue by clearing the PitchPrint session once an item is added to the cart. When the customer returns to the product pages to continue shopping, a new session is created, ensuring that each item in the cart retains its own customized image. This enhancement eliminates confusion for end users, allowing them to see exactly what they designed for each product.
